Title: Twenty20 premium status
Post by: rushay on June 06, 2018, 02:36
I noted via a sale today that Twenty20 is offering Premium Status which would offer the user a verified account and faster review time and payout on-demand for 99c per month. I am not sure how this would benefit me, my sales stream have been increasing but not sure if this is something people would opt for.

Could you please provide a link to the premium upgrade option. I don't see any on the desktop version. Or do mean the Signature Collection?

When you make a sale you get a notification and there is also a update about premium option.

Maybe I didn't sell enough yet, I only get a free sticker offer in my sales notification.

I got it to. Pay a dollar a month to get pretty much nothing extra. Sounds like a ripoff to me.
Also this free sticker sounds sketchy as heck.
I might be wearing a tin foil hat but sounds like they are trying to get people to hand over their personal information so they can sell it onward.

Was very happy with 2020 up until these two events, review times are long but sales are increasing but now it feels like they are not doing too well.
Thats one way to kill your branding i guess....

Twenty20 became a surprise for me sales wise. Who could have thought the $2 could stack up so nicely. Not sure if i would wanna pay a monthly subscription for a verification as for the approval time, i know they wont deny a buyer if they want the image.

Hi, I take this post to ask a question, apart from uplod pictures, should I be active on the site (like, follow peoples, etc.)?

thanks

Follows and likes doesnt bother me, it could be a indicator that people love your work but sales is really more important to me. I think activity as far as uploads is important like with any stock site.

Who could have thought the $2 could stack up so nicely.

What does that mean? 20$/month? 100$/month?

Sadly the images with more likes are the ones that pop-up first in customer search, this does not mean that a photo without likes wont be found.
Beeing active in Challenges is a waste of time, because its always the same contributors to win or be the first, even though their images suck, the top contributors are licking each others #*rse.  >:(

I wonder if it's normal: I uploded my photos mid-March, my account is verified, that is to say that my photos are automatically accepted as editorial ... but all my photos are pending for the commercial approval. Is it as long for you?
