We just found hundreds of our images on Photaki.com being distributed by the contributor "IngramPublishing". They are the highest ranked contrib on that site, even above Yuri. All the images have big color shifts from the originals. Seems to be www.ingrampublishing.com, so I assume that our images got there via one of the poorly documented partner programs on another site. There is no copyright information attributed to us on either Photaki or Ingram. Should we be worried about these sites? Does anyone have experience with these sites?

Personally, I think it's wrong that any site deletes copyright information, changes copyright information, or uses any name beside the � symbol besides the original copyright holders name of choice, but apparently I am the only one who is worried about that on this board. Everyone else doesn't seem to see the problem.
