Personally, I haven't sold any RF photos in Alamy yet, so I tend to have this urge to upload to micro sites. However, since RM sales generate good returns, I am not sure now.

How about you?

P.S. You must vote first and then see the results.

Only sold one at Alamy - almost a year ago and still can't bet my money. When/If that changes, I'll go that route first

Me thinks if everyone had a chance to place images in any venue of their choosing, you'd see a lot wider dispersion of images.

I have a tiny portfolio an Alamy, something I plan to change in the New Year. When I have grown it to something that will generate income, I may reconsider my vote today.

My uploading priorities revolve around FTP, instead of micro or macro.  Sites with FTP get my images first.  Images that go to sites without FTP are archived into large batches (or added to their uploading programs, like DeepMeta) to be uploaded when I have time.

My priority is to upload to iStock, currently.  I just prefer the quicker feedback of download updates, over the several months it takes on Getty.  I do try to do at least one thing a month for Getty though, to get an idea of how things work there.

If I take a great photo, it's for the macro world (perhaps not RF), even if I may have some great photos (sort of) in micros.

Adelaide

If its a single shot, I'm more likely to upload it to Getty. A series pretty much always goes to iStock.

Blaney, what is your reason? Let me guess, avoid too many smilar images at Getty?
