I've never done video and i'm very interested in exploring it. Any tips for beginners?

A lot of market research.  Dig through some successful portfolios and topics to start switching your mind into shooting for microstock .  It's definitely a different game than shooting for other gigs.  Film in 4k and find some niches.  Good luck!
