Title: Water reflection

Hi guys....

I'm looking for a way to make water reflections like in in this shot http://www.canstockphoto.com/Girl-standing-in-water-0350287.php (http://www.canstockphoto.com/Girl-standing-in-water-0350287.php) (but a bit more realistic) but I can't seam to find a good tutorial.

Any ideas?
