For promotion purpose, I want to send some of my stock image to public site like Pinterest or Twitter etc, definitely these could be download freely, so what's the best dimension for these images and how to do it? it seems cost time if I do it by photoshop one by one? Can someone give me some suggestions? Thanks.

Are you looking for help automating the resizing or the uploading?

Assuming you use Lightroom, just use the resize option in the Export dialog. You can export multiple pictures and resize them all at the same time.
