It appears that they've all got the same "free for personal use" FONT.

from the font creator's website  http://www.graphxedge.com/license.htm

Graphx Edge Commercial & Personal Use Licensing
Aside from unique value-packed products, one of the features we offer that really sets us apart is a lenient licensing agreement specifically geared for businesses and individuals who would like to use our products commercially without the 'red tape' that is commonly associated with purchasing desktop publishing products. All purchased products boast a royalty free license that provides our customers with creative flexibility and freedom to create personal or commercial, for-profit products and projects.
Acceptable Usage and Terms
Graphx Edge products provide owners with a flexible license that promotes true creative freedom with unlimited usage and allows the creation of for-profit, commercial or personal projects and products.

Some of the popular commercial uses include but are not limited to scrapbooking design, digitized embroidery patterns, rubber and paper stamps, stickers, web development, animation, printed items, broadcast media, game development, all tangible items including T-shirts, greeting cards, calendars, bookmarks, invitations, mugs, posters, book illustrations, lithographs, home decor, advertising, corporate design and much more.

Popular personal projects include personal greeting card creation, personal web pages, personal wallpapers, desktop design and more.

Restrictions
We do not have many restrictions aside from a few common sense guidelines that we have listed below.

We do not allow our fonts, clipart, or imagery to be resold or redistributed in any way; or for any products to be created which would compete with Graphx Edge or in the creation of any product that resembles our product offerings. (For example: digital image sets, fonts, wallpaper sets, background sets, clip art sets, digital products, art CDs, etc) This also includes reselling these royalty free images to third-parties in order that they may then use these royalty free images to create commercial products.

Graphx Edge retains all copyrights to our royalty free products (fonts, clipart, and imagery) including modified, resized, and colorized versions of our products.

But if you look at the site you can see where some people get their great silhouette collections as well. Look familiar?

I'm surprised that SS and DT didn't pick up on the copyright infringement there.

Race, funny you should say that because I noticed there seems to be a lot of silhouettes being featured images lately . Wonder how many of these are from there.

Dirty. Think there's a few others that have done the same thing on SS too. Wonder how long it'll take SS/DT/ the copyright holder to notice?

Yeah, I'd let someone know. It's always a good idea for the community to police itself too. I've gotten a heads up about one of my images being resold and was grateful.

I let them know but no action has been taken. Seems pretty clear cut as all the files are pretty much identical both to each other and to that font. Maybe they're not bothered till the orginal copyright holder gets in touch?
