Title: what currency can I use in royalty free images?
Post by: cluckcluck on October 13, 2008, 16:43
I am not talking about high resolution flat scans but images where only part of the note is visible or the perspective has been changed.

I know British currency is not allowed as it has a copyright symbol on the actual banknote.

what about other major currencies euro? US$? Yen?

Thanx

This may help:
Banknotes & Counterfeit Deterrence

I have many images with banknotes and coins (even pounds), not shown in full and always in shallow DOF.  The biggest issue is having it in a way that it does not allow falsification, I guess.

Adelaide
