Title: What do you submit?
Post by: S. on March 21, 2006, 12:35
Do you submit only pure photos or also also some digital artworks?

If you submit digital artworks what kind of artwork are these? Completely digital creation or photo compositing?

Photos only...

Mainly because I'm not very good at producing digital art..  ie: useless. :-)

another question:

do you usually upload multiple version of the same image to all stock sites? (eg changed color, b/w, with some special effect)

I submit some of both, some photos, some manipulated som only digital.

I am not sure what to think about variations.  Some stock sites really don't like it, and others seem to have no limit (like shutterstock).  I am not sure 2 versions sell better than one either. If there is only one version to pick from, people might be satisfied by that.. but I am not sure.

from your experience which sites don't like variations of the same image?
and which ones you can send multiple versions?
