I have found these objects in a box let by the previous owner of the flat where I actually live.

I have no idea of what they are (shovel, yes) and for what (and how) they could be used…
Something to do with gardening??
Does somebody able to help me?

Did the previous owner have a cat? Looks like it could be a litter box 'shovel'....
-
yep, cat pooper scooper

Now you must immediately go out and buy a cat to keep from violating the international animal rights law. section 4 subsection 2 "pooper scooper but no cat" law
-

And report the original owner to the authorities, obviously.

No, no, no,
it is only one explanation with scientific approach:
it is SPAGHETTI SCOOPER.
It is not suitable for cats, because nowadays cats have very very fluidy poop.
You see, this is science.

At last I have decided to not take a cat but a Jaguar…
I will definitely need a new (pooper scooper ) and bigger one!

If they are poop scoops for a cat, I suggest you quit using them to strain your meatballs.
