I have been asked to design covers for notebooks.
Inside will be blank papers. I would like to know
what kind of license do i need when i download images?
Will the standard license be ample or do i need Extended
License?

Thanks for your help.

Since notebook covers are an integral factor in whether they are purchased, you would most likely need an extended license for resale. However, you'll need to check with the specific site from which you plan to make your purchase.

I doubt you'll need an EL.  Just buy at BigStock.  I got a buck for a book cover - checked it out and they bought the right license.  Number of copies would be a factor, how many?

I think that a notebook cover and a book cover would be 2 completely different licenses.   A book isn't  generally bought for it's cover but a notebook is so as Bittersweet said would generally need a special license.

a notebook is basically like a post card ... with more white writing space... so i would say an extended license.

With a regular book, people are buying the text inside the book and the pages images inside and on the cover are for illustrative purposes.
