My wife will take pictures of me, I will sign model release for me but what release do I need so I can use her pictures in my account? Link to release will be helpful

If it is ok for your wife, you can simply upload pictures of you with model release signed by you (you are both photographer and model). Consider your wife a sort of intelligent tripod here

I would say to do as Irina suggested.
Not to be rude, but in this case your wife is a tool you used to create a photo. Just because she "clicked the button" does not mean she is the copyright holder of the said photo. Consider her as a remote shutter. If you ever get in legal problem, just say my batteries were out on remote shutter so I had to use the old technology.

My parents used me when I was small kid as a remote controller. Boy was I happy when new technology came out and I wasn't the one next to TV changing channels and +/-ing volume.

You'll hardly have an issue with this release form since almost every photo can be made with a tripod and shutter delay. I can recall some issue with video of my friend on Pond5, there was a steadicam shot of him running. He was both videographer and model, some curator just asked to add additional release.

copyrights for photography are not owned by the person who clicks the button on the camera. they are owned by the person who produces the work. the person who funds it, owns the equipment, directs it, and uses his creative input in the creation of the image. according to US copyright law, it is a 'work for hire' and the copyright ownership transfers to you immediately upon creation if your wife is merely clicking the camera under your direction, and she at no point is the owner of the photo.
