I know that this has been discussed here before, but I just received a request for usage of one of my images with the following criteria:

Quote
(1) year,  unlimited USA use in the following: trade ads, trade and consumer collateral, convention panels, posters, premiums and all electronic media.

The image in question is already being sold as micro and the buyer is aware of this. How much is reasonable to charge? BTW, I would rather come in a bit low and make some cash than price myself out of the game.

Thanks!

Run these requirements through Alamy's pricing calculator and then cut it in half.

Also, how unique is the image in question? That might be a significant factor in your favour.

Thanks for the quick replies guys! The image isn't that unique or hard to produce.

Can you only use the calculator for images on Alamy?

Since the image is in the micros, you should check what the cost of ELs for those uses would cost.  In fact, aren't all those uses allowed in a regular license?  What are "collaterals" here?  Posters, as I understand, will be either just displayed or given to clients, not sold.
