Title: What to do ?
Post by: Lizard on March 18, 2008, 17:21
Well , I just installed PicLens from the other topic just to see how it works , went to Flickr and first thing I saw was one of my backgrounds.

I'm in this position for the first time , so can someone tell me what to do ?

Here is the link:

Maybe it was buyed legally? I don't know too much about Flickr. In most case you have to contact the Flickr support or even one of the agencies where you sell this picture. But it wasn't happenned to me from now but I know there was a tread lately about the same kind of issue. Anybody remember? I think it was an image from Chode

Even if it was bought , the image is copyrighted there under a name that is not mine , its ready to be downloaded in a pretty high res , and its not a part of someone design or something.

Anyway I think that its even popular there, it shows rather high in relevant searches , so I guess Im doing a good job at Flickr considering the fact that I'm not even a member of that site.  ;D

So I guess I have to join now to contact support or something ?
