Yes they are more like a traditional agency. They don't accept loads of artists because their very successful model wouldn't work that way. They really promote the heck out of every single piece of work and look after their people. The work they put into SEO and cross promoting work through their different sites (not partners but leading back to sales on CAO) is astounding. A really great agency with a very different approach to the big guys.

They are one of the reasons I get so annoyed at the new small agencies saying they need to offer stuff cheaper to compete. No, they need to work their a**es off, and they just aren't prepared to put in the work!
