When will we know how many photos Adobe nominated? Has anyone nominated their photos?

The question is why would anyone nominate their work for a pitiful $4.00? I have self dignity and value my work.

Looks like 16 files from my 8000 port have been accepted. All older files with hardly any sales.

So 64 dollars and that is a lot more than these files would have earned by themselves this year. All together might have made  5-10 dollars.

No payment yet, but it works for me.

How do you know? Are there resulst in your region already or you are referring to the last free collection results? Thanks.

I just select free images from the menu in the dashboard and I see 16 files. "Kostenlos" is free in German.

But no payment yet.

I also only see those who were selected last year. None of them have changed since last year. Probably tomorrow the newly selected ones will appear. Because money was added to the accounts on June 24th last year and the visuals appeared.

I live in Trkiye and the extra few hundred dollars I earn goes a long way towards my budget.

The minimum wage in Trkiye is around $500 a month

Maybe I'm wrong but I think it's not for the free gallery. The amount doesn't match with the number of free images (that's still growing so I think they're still choosing them) in my dashboard.

I got 2.8$ as "Free Collection", a strange number, less than the supposed 4$ for a photo.
By the way, I have only one image in the free collection.

Today I got 2 payments out of the free collection. $44,- and $150,-
I think out of 300+ selected images.

I got nothing. Never happened before. I hope you got what you wanted.

i got over $300 for images that had almost no sales - those who opt out because they think their non-sellers will suddenly make more than $4 are, at best, unrealistic

$28.8 for 8 images after withholding taxes.

I nominated 66 images.

Im happy with this small income boost.

In previous years, the amount they announced to me for the chosen images was what they added to my balance (without taxes). Now, they reduced the total by 30%. Is this normal?  :o

Got 36 accepted perpetually and 4 for a year, so yea $400 is a cool bonus to put towards a new drone (eyeing the Mini 5 Pro coming out in Sept)

Many of the perpetual ones I can reshoot and upload.

interesting, i wonder why you got this breakdown.  i had 32 accepted for a year but 0 for perpetuity.  i do prefer it this way though... a few of these images were chosen last time as well so i already made $9 for them and there's a small chance i'll get more than $10 eventually.

So I got 13 accepted of which 4 are perpetual (not sure which ones). None of them have been big sellers and it's a very small proportion of my overall portfolio. So I get $76 which is a nice bonus and it probably won't have much impact on my day to day sales.

i got 4 yearly accepted, 16 dollars. Still don't know which ones they are because I see 16 free files.

I nominated 3 for perpetual, but they didn't take any.

The idea to nominate perpetuals and later shoot improved more modern versions is an interesting idea.

Congratulations all, don't spend it all in one spot. You must feel great taking a 20% pay cut from last year. Next year maybe is will also be cut by 20%. I really don't understand the logic of selling yourself short. I'd have more dignity collecting empties for the refund deposit.

in a declining/ transforming industry $X income will always be better than zero income. we're dancing with elephants in a commodity-based industry. take what's available or continue to whinge about how much your beauties should be earning!  my income has been steady for the past few years, mostly due to the new possibilities for earnings that others decline. fine by me!

I had 262 nominated for one year and 72 perpetual.

only 3 were selected for one year so only $12.

clearly a big disappointment,I was hoping that at least for once I could have some extra money to invest! :(

I'm starting to think that for some reason I can't earn much with this, even the sales are always the same number more or less every week and every month, with exact repetitions too frequent.

The algorithm is holding me there,in check, and I don't think there's anything I can do to change this.

Today,if everything goes well,I'll send the last AI videos, then that's it,for now I'll take a break and see how it goes,if things don't change,I don't know if I'll start uploading again.

the number of sales is too low for my port, and I see that many new contributors who have just started sell more than me,and it's quite strange, then above all i am more or less 20% below both in terms of number of sales and earnings, compared to the first 6 months of 2024,despite having much more content.

It's time to start seeing some more concrete results,or I just don't see how I can continue in these conditions.

If instead I see a concrete improvement,I'll be more than happy to start uploading again.

Give a man enough rope and he'll hang himself.

My sales are actually going up across the board on multiple sites. Stock has always been a game of patience (even before micro) and continues to be even in this declining industry in transformation. Picking the low hanging fruit will only further put the industry in decline.

I have on occasion donated work to various charities that have a good cause, but Adobe is not a charity or any of the other corporate stock sites.

As mentioned, I would have more dignity collecting empties for the refund. $4 is a complete insult and accepting this reeks of desperation.
