Can anyone point me to where i can get a fairly generic model release? This might seem obvious to some but the only model release i am familiar with is from istock.

Here you can find my version of edited model release from Getty/Greddy images but you must edit end of SECOND chapter.

"... the Model (or Parent*) given opposite: Croatia."

You must change text "Croatia" to name of you country.

download it from my first post named "MREnglishFinal dot pdf" is below this

All text is the same but I increase the line spacing for signature/s which are in they original design MR 5-7mm and Greddy images dont provide any magnifier lens for any/every models to sign it.
I really gett to know who made layout for they lobotomy MR and how money they is overpaid for this jerkoffs what they called superb MR.

Hope this will helps

PS
if you are submitting this MR to IS there is most lobotomy field which you must to fill at very bottom left of MR.

This fabolous field they called
Shoot Description/Ref. (if applicable).....

what

anyhow you can write in this field fackaing anything, but if this field is empty they will reject you image like furious animals in captivity.

The requirements for meaningful and relevant shoot descriptions for iStock are pretty clear. If you do "try don't fill this field" (sic) your release will be rejected so there's nothing to be gained, other than a new release request and a waste of time. Releases with shoot descriptions like "model shoot" or "woman" will also be rejected and you'll be asked for a new releases. Page 2 (and section 2) of this article gives clear instructions regarding iStock's shoot description requirements.
