Mine was for a shot of a purple beach bucket.  The rejection said the blue bucket appears as purple.  Possible purple fringing.

Of course the bucket appeared to be purple.  It was PURPLE.

It is a famous snail, I recognize him. Once there was a snail that raced cars. As he got more and more famous, they used the letter "S" on the side of his racer, instead of a number. When he went whizzing past, people were often heard exclaiming, "look at that S car go" !

That reminds me of the sailing race across the English Channel by two catamarans, an English one called One Two Three and a French one called Un Deux Trois

Who won?

The English boat.

The Un Deux Trois cat sank.

 ;D

Sorry ... OT

One of my best selling images across the board.
Rejected at Dreamstime initially, reason: "Please be more imaginative" :0P

I submitted an illustration of Prague castle at sunset showing the spires of St Vitus cathedral which I included in the keywords.

It was rejected for
Your image info contains one or more of the following issues: irrelevant or incomplete title, description/keywords/categories issues, similar/identical title and description, title/description written with capital letters(CAPS LOCK ON).

So I decided to resubmit it after reducing the number of keywords even though I considered all to be relevant.

It was rejected again with the charming

You have submitted this image before and it was refused for the same reason(s). Please ensure that you did fix the problem(s). Do not resubmit images in hopes of reaching a new reviewer. Your account privileges may be disabled if you use this method again

Unfortunately I noticed that using the resubmit button was not the answer as for some reason in the DT database the original keywords had also been editted so it appeared I had I just resubmitted without making ANY changes.

Please be more imaginative... gosh that's insulting.  More white space would make it more attractive but then they give you refusals for making the canvas larger than the camera dimensions....

I had a picture of a girl getting a 'steam treatment' at a spa with steam coming out of the 'steam wand thing'

It was rejected with a written reason
Image seems to be washed out or divided by a jet of steam maybe? Can\'t tell\n

The site was one of 'low earners' sites. ;D
