Try to be unbiased.
Do not consider the price or if you like or dislike the agency but only the search result.
Do consider the quality of results and the time until you will find the relevant images.

I'm not a buyer but use DT to research my ideas, checking to see if it has already been done and if it sells.

I had no idea, so I did a test and to my surprise, Dreamstime won with "only" 21% mistakes. Istock came in second.
(with "mistake" I mean : images that do not show the subject searched for).

I would say that IS has the most accurate results...but you are limited by it's controlled vocabulary, which is a big minus if you ask me.
