It feels like as soon as there´s a problem somewhere, we hurry here to complain about it!?

Why not send them an email instead, so they can fix it?

It´s always fun to read complains, but sometimes it feels a bit to much tabloidish!

It does look like that a lot of the time.

At least it seems like the recent complaints about Fotolia are ones where people have contacted the company first about their concerns.

Some companies just ignore emails about issues so it seems like MSG's also a meeting place for people to find out whether others are having the same issues. I'm not a contributor at Fotolia (their submission process turned me off pretty early) but I've had similar issues (complete lack of communication) with another agency in which I'm in the process of leaving.

That's the whole point of having a forum..... so that people can discuss questions, comments, problems etc.

What's the point sending a mail to a site and having to wait weeks for a reply, when you could post here, get some replies in a few hours and see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

Actually Magnum you are the only on who is whining!

have to say i agree with you.
i am just surprised the whiners haven't come charging in to say that "that's what a forum is for"

but i disagree. a forum is not a place to whine, it's a place to gather informations and share info, and make constructive criticism, NOT WHINE.

maybe it's good too, if whiners do feel that the only place to WHINE is this FORUM, because then MIZ can thrive to entertain us with his skeptical comedy
