AllPosters has been around for years.Don't know about Art.com or any agency tie-ups though.
Does this help anything? The Bigstock Collection category contains 13,540 itemshttp://www.allposters.com/-st/Bigstock-Collection-Posters_c193405_.htm?WT.cg_n=Search+Ahead&SSK=bigstock%20collectionAnd this:Your search for 'shutterstock' did not return any results.(nor did Fotolia, 123RF, Dreamstime, or iStock)

Unlike SS, Bigstock gives you the option of allowing or refusing to allow your photos to be licensed as prints for reproduction. If you have photos that you are selling as prints yourself, best to not allow them to be licensed that way if you're concerned allposters and art.com are competing with you.
