Title: Wildstock anyone?
Post by: AlessandraRC on February 27, 2018, 08:53
I saw some facebook adds for Wildstock but can't find here anything that refers to it. Anyone a contributor, how's your experience?

can't say I know of them.

Just did a search for "Australia" and first the search broke, then it worked. Pretty terrible results, in fact the first 2 images in the results show in their GPS data that they were taken in the USA. Also, they are being sold for $1....

Not a good first impression...

I searched for "cat".

Out of the forty-five results on the first page, only five were of cats (four lions, and one labelled both lion AND leopard)

But there were lots of shots of the empty sea, underwater shots of fish, empty landscapes (some with a few cows), a caterpillar, and a bird called a cedar waxwing that was "catching a berry".

Feels like a non-starter to me.
