I am doing some research on distributing to Zoonar and see that they have a partner program with Alamy. I am already a member with Alamy so if I distribute to Zoonar and partner program with Alamy will my pictures end up on Alamy twice? It would then not be more sinsible to delete my Alamy account and only use Zoonar as it would save time right? Sorry if this has already been discussed but I could not find a Zoonar specific forum.

I don't know what would happen if the same image went up twice, but I often see the identical image a few times on Alamy, maybe because of this sort of scenario. They say it hits your CTR, therefore your Alamy Rank.
I'm guessing that Zoonar would cream off some of the Alamy payment for themselves? Therefore unless you make loads of money from the Zoonar site, it would not be worth it. Can you opt out of the Alamy partnership from Zoonar and upload to Alamy directly? If you don't have time to double submit, that would also be a consideration.
Check out what Zoonar creams off, then decide if the convenience is worth it for you.

I unchecked "automatic release" for Alamy and you can "Remove Approval" for Alamy on already accepted images. I think that your images will be twice on Alamy so you have more chances to sell image. On the other hand you receive only "50% of the fee Zoonar receive from Alamy" when image is sold through them - so why to sell through partner and cut your earnings?
Anyway - 99% of my downloads on Zoonar come form DDP images (if I leave out Getty).

Zoonar lets you decide which partners your pictures are distributed to. No distribution takes place automatically without you actively opting in.

Thanks for the feedback Guys! I will just exclude Alamy in the distribution list and submit to Alamy direct.
