I don't know if Shutterstock sales will ever be more than Adobestock's again.  Shutterstock's video sales decline has been horrible.

i would change the title to:
because of declining shutterstuck sales are now 50% LESS than adobe.
regarding the last years, the word more sounds a bit odd

Sure, if it meant the same thing, which it doesn't. :)

Shutterstock sales would then be around 33% less than Adobe.

I must be fun at parties. ;)

my latest numbers:
AS 33.24%
SS 32.61%
IS 21.10%
...then the rest (123RF, DP, Canstock...)
no photos, no real videos, only illustrations (2D and 3D) and motion graphics.
Full time since 2012, about 5700 images and 800 videos.
Last week, about 22 video sales and 230 images. (All agencies)

Despite having a really small video portfolio on a number of sites, I have sold a few videos on SS and P5. Actually, on P5, Ive reached payout by just selling videos alone. Though Ive never made a single video sale on AS and I don't know if I ever will.

3200 clips on AS and animations = 136 Euro, 50% down compared to september 2018 :) nice

For me is the oppossite, in same point Adobe was a bit better than SS, but in the last months (maybe since June) My earnings with them has been decrease a lot, I usually sell one video at week at least, and know is normal "waves" of 3 or 4 weeks with zero solds. I dont know if is the fotalia close, or other thing. My numbers are the same than with SS and P5, and there my numbers are better than the past year... A pity, because AA was my first and a solid one, but it has change.
