Has anybody heard of (or better has experiences with) Newsflare? On there site it says "We provide viral and breaking news videos to media and news organisations across the world."
I´ve just signed up to give it a try. They have a "refer a friend" scheme. "When they make their first sale - you’ll get £10 and your friends will also get a £10 reward!"
So here is my referral link if anybody wants to try them out as well:

I just looked at the site and set up an account. It is pretty cool but very confussioning on how they pay and how much. Very cool news clips on site. I was able to look at one and send it to Twitter. No pay for this to go to Twitter so I don't see how you make money on this site. Maybe someone knows as they have a lot of cool news clips.

Just had a look. Seems they want exclusive clips. :-\

Yes, but they are not looking for "normal" stock footage. Vertical mobile footage is okay. And I´m happy to give them some "cat content" exclusively. ;)

Seems like prices vary considerably depending on the usage, so more of a rights managed kind of deal. Split is 50/50 with the agency.

So, typically, cuts start from actually 5£ if i got it right and "...up to 1000-1500 if..."
I cannot understand how editorials can be used in f/b campaigns
TBH if I had a really good newsworthy clip or set of videos i would contact e.g. AP directly.
Plus some low earnings frustration free GoodNews.
Any balance below 10GBP expires after 12 months.
What a cool idea for all agencies to apply!? :P
