I joined ClipDealer last year and uploaded 4 videos as a starter, on the 6th December - they're still sitting in the "Uploads" queue, awaiting inspection. That's well over a month now.
I realise it's been Christmas and New Year, but even so, it seems a long time; is this normal for them? Is there something else I need to do?

I suggest you send a note to support. That's what I did when my files weren't getting reviewed and it got results pretty quickly. Just be polite and sweet.

It happens that images get stuck for unknown reason. Last week I found out that I have few images in approval queue since last June...
It already happened in past so I (as shiyali wrote) - sent a note to support and they were approved same day.

OK, thanks for that; I'll send them a note and see what happens...

I'm having a lot of problems with clipdealer, they don't answer my emails which I've sent to support, I've had a video which got lost in the queue so i re-uploaded it and support approved it, then about a month after it reappeared so i asked for it to be deleted and they don't answer me. Furthermore the uploads are taking forever to get approved (month+) and they are not generating thumbnails.
I might give up on these guys, they have been around for a while but i get the feeling that they aren't interested anymore. Hope I'm wrong.

Yeah I'm having the same problems as you....I think they have a problem with their FTP. I had to re-upload a batch of videos because no thumbnails were showing.

Same problems here. And I also think they do not longer care that much. I think they are running the place at half power and see if it works out the next one or two years.
Anyway I thought of dropping them but then today an encouraging 30€+ sale came in so I made the decision I will continue to mass upload every 2 month or so when I have nothing better to do and lots of free time

Well, a lady by the name of Melanie responded very quickly when I emailed them regarding my OP, and the clips were checked immediately, and made available - but since then I've uploaded more and, as you say, still waiting, and some with no thumbnail.
I don't know. Melanie did apologise and said they were very busy. I'm not giving up on them just yet.
