That is the question!!
I do have a portofolio of little over 1000 stock footage on Videohive. Get some 160-200 sales on month, and I get 3.30$ per item.
Does it worth to drop my exlusivity and move on other sites? (pond, Shutter, revo, canstock, etc.)
On VideoHIve, non exluxive I will get 1.92$/item.

I gotta say with all due respect...I think you're getting ripped off. You should be making around $20 minimum for an HD download. I chose to stay away from VideoHive and other lowballers like them a long time ago.
Assuming you have a decent quality portfolio, I'd advise you to drop those losers altogether and submit to some of the places you mentioned. You'll make more money and not be contributing to the decline in the stock industry!

Oh god that commission...
Haven't seen your portfolio but it should be at least decent if you get this many sales in vh.
You dont need to submit to all those for starters, just ss and p5.
If you get at least 20 sales a month combined, which is a logical minimum for 1000 clips, you would make the same amount of money,or more.
Again haven't seen your portfolio, but at the very least you could try upoading without leaving vh,since we are talking about a 30%? cut, when leaving exclusivity.
You just need 5 more sales from the others to make the same amount of money.
Again,oh god that commission.

1. Delete your whole Portfolio immediately from Videohive. It is a Ripoff.
2. Create accounts on Pond5 and Shutterstock first and then on the other Videosites as needed or desired and get between $ 15 and $150 for one sale (there are some web sized sales on shutterstock which brin about 4 or $5 as well, but they are very few and very downsized videos)

Thanks everyone for opinions... :)Good luck to everyone!

Thats Envato. Woah, 6$ per video, when they sell images for 5$. Agree with the others.
