I was looking for a contributor back-end or a register link but there isn't.
They also have a free footage site http://www.stockfootageforfree.com/ (http://www.stockfootageforfree.com/) (at least says provided by ~)

No, but these firms seem to come and go like flowers in the spring. Unless they will accept a HDD and do the work themselves placing keywords and descriptions I provide - 99.9 percent sure they are not worth it. The market for stock footage, on the existing agency side is pretty fixed. IMHO.
