Title: How to Embed Metadata in video files?

I generate video files out of Lightroom and Photoshop. However, any metadata I enter does not get embedded in to the video files I generate.
Is it possible to embed metadata into video files...and if so how?

I select the file in Bridge and enter the meta.

Yes thanks, tried it and it works. However, with a "Lightroomcentric" workflow, it is not a great solution since it requires a separate trip into Bridge and then LR doesn't see the embedded metadata placed by Bridge in the file (unless there is a way to force Bridge to generate an XMP?...just occurred to me, might pursue).
