how upload to istock ?

Hi I sell some video on shutterstock not too much. Do you think I should send my video on istock ? my true  question is How to send video to istock, I use quicktime .mov proRes  422HQ and when i try to upload they say this is invalid format. Thank you   I use Davinci Resolve

I suggest you not to upload videos to iStock.
Personally I stopped 3-4 years ago. Why:
- They pay much less than others. Sometimes you get cents, yes literally cents!
- Uploading to them is complicated. Special resolution, specials codecs, fps.
- Disambiguating nonsense
Not worth at all.
