So I have a camera that with good setup I could easily just press the button, record a 10-12sec clip and the video is ready for upload. I always record with native white balance and flat colours to give more control to the person who will be post processing it. The disadvantage is that the colours are faded and whole video might looks unattractive in the eyes of potential buyer.

So here is my dilemma: should I post-edit every each of them, adding vibrant colours and life to the clip to increase my chances of selling it, or keep it flat and ready for post-process work with hope that professional will stumble upon it and understand that faded colours are here purposely to give him more room for the control/editing? Or maybe upload both versions??

Would love to hear how do you guys handle it

Didn't you just post in another thread that stock video is over saturated? If that's the case then why bother?

In response to your question, I would try some of both and see what sells better. I suspect most of us try to make our clips look as good as possible before uploading. Counting on a buyer to see potential doesn't seem like a great approach to me.
