Title: Motion Elements CSV problem

Motion Elements has twice now ignored the price field of my CSV file (their official template) and priced clips at a default of $59. Has this been happening to anyone else?

I have an issue pending with them regarding csv problems. They told me to use xlsx and not csv. I havent tried it but will in the morning.
