Any opinion on whether it is better to use .MP4 or. MOV as a video file container format? Everything I found online says they are about the same. MOV was developed by Apple way back and MP4 was developed later as a more general standard.

I was embedding the metadata with in the file in .mov with exiftools, since fotolia didn't have a way to import the metadata otherwise. Now adobe does have a way to import the metadata with a csv file.
