Is his normal? And how can I contact them? I tried their contact link, no answer yet.

You're going to need to be way more specific. Did you meet your threshold, did they send you an email confirming you hit the payout, have you been paid before?

Yea met threshold already. I'm always being paid yea. But this months got no email nothing.

No not normal think you need to contact them.

I got mine on June 6th so if you haven't yet and were above the threshold then definitely contact them.
