Hello,

Some time ago I bought a texture package cyclesmaterialvault to blender. He deals with graphics in a blender. I'm doing animation and 3d models for myself and my wife. I give copyright to 3D animations and 3D models to my wife. We sell separately animation and 3d models under Royalty Free micro license stock photography can i use cyclesmaterialvault texture for our work? On the site they write in faq. that you can use commercial texture but I'm not sure. Sorry for weak English.

My best guess: yes because you are not reselling textures as such but as a part of your original work, which the texture was intended for in the first place, thus "commercial use allowed" in faq.

According to the FAQ you can use the materials in commercial projects, so I don't see any problems there.

I have just received a response from CMV. The texture seller agrees to commercial use for 3D animation. The license is for one person but I do not know if I can make a 3D animation for a client and can he also sell on microstock with my permission?
