Title: Recovering master files from stock site

I've not experienced a total loss of footage but was wondering if any of the stock agencies would allow you to download the master file for low to no cost in the event of data loss?

Sorry to hear that you experienced a loss of footage, good that not everything is gone. [Or is your question all hypothetical?]
I don't have a helpful reply for you anyway but I wonder: why don't you just ask your stock agencies whether they'd do that? Like, there couldn't be any negative consequences resulting from asking them, right?

If you email Pond5 (if you have stuff on there!) Theyll enabke a download link on the item page.
