I think the stolen content PLUS all the content that's traded by the agencies through their API's and partner programs to who knows who is also killing or has killed us in both editorial and commercial, that, and the subscription programs, it's stock, who is gonna pay per clip when you can get unlimited for $109?.

I have a sinking feeling it's over for most of us as far as making a living at this, I went from making $3000/month with editorial on P5, $800/month with editorial on SSTK and $1400/month with editorial on Videoblocks before they closed to paying to come to work now.

Moving the target as we try to shoot are they?  :)

Kinda feels that way doesn't it?, but now they've gotten so much better at it.

Does anyone know what "pre-roll" is? Do you pan or tilt up or down simply because you can or is there a reason for the movement? Do you use a good tri-pod
for smooth panning and tilting or is everything handheld? I-phone or a camera that shoots HD and higher? What's your basic pricing with Pond5 when submitting?  How many clips are with specific agencies? Nothing here to criticize. I just want to learn.
