vfxbuzz $1278, till last sale i was able to track.

I don't understand one thing, why he ran away. Even if Revo would have been running without investing any further or by keeping expenses to minimum with members help, we could have easily been paid, i mean by paying us 80-90% royalty he could have saved the business. It had such a huge amount of content with so many buyers. Craig if you are listening, come back we'll manage.

Total $70237 between 61 contributors, that we gathered here, but this figure must be higher.

We should warn parents of these kids that they might be in danger spending time with the wrong role model. Apparently Craig was their leader on this trip!!!  :o

Wow, that just stinks. Sorry for all involved. To anyone affected, you need to contact the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, and notify him of this fraudulent business and it's owner. I hear a lot of people have gotten good results dealing with shady companies by going this route. A helpful link is here: https://texasattorneygeneral.gov/cpd/file-a-consumer-complaint

Seen Craig's new website. Full of pointless marketing quotes... http://doyoulove.marketing/about/
Here's one he forgot to post, LOL.

photographers are like deer staring in headlights, 70 f*cking grand and people dont even take action, nothing, youd think that for 70 thousand dollar it wont be hard to find a lawyer who would take this on

wow, 70 contributors 70K..!!!
i can say he is a keen marketer for sure...
as this is only your part of the commission.

he should be hired by shutterstock or istock for his brains to market their images.

but as for paying you 70 ppl, why would he avoid paying you when he can actually market so well???

for this, at least we have to thank ss for payout monthly ...even if it is as little as 35 bucks!

one good lesson here... avoid any agency who does not payout regularly...
esp the ones you have to chase for a payout.

The sad fact is, no lawyer would take this case knowing that Craig actually hasn't got any money to pay ppl back. No point chasing him on that level, but small claims court with higher amounts owed should be used for at least leaving some track record on his name not to trust him ever again.

Amazing escape this was, for sure.  >:(

Not just amazing, but what would be really interesting is to see if he has the money and simply pocketed it. If I recall, there was some litigation that might have broke Revo, so he may not have a dime of the money.  But based on his ignorance of the contributors, how he chooses to ignore responding to them, he is a scammer in my book.  He owes me a little bit, but others are due much more than me and I feel for them, especially those who make a living off stock. The least a professional could do was communicate the closure of the business, the legal status that drove them down and that the company was broke. He could have disclosed some financials submitted for bankruptcy and made a decent attempt to share that with the people who trusted REVO.  He didn't.

but even leaving tracks can only work if ppl are looking for it. much like business ombudsman or bureau to check before doing business with certain ppl.
still, in my early days , i knew of many swindlers who left without paying me and many larger clients
and are able to continue elsewhere
eg. he moves to another country , starts a business there during ,
or stay in the same city and start a new business under his wife's name
. or go into an entirely new business..
get this.. one of these swindlers actually went into politics.

Hey, that's not a bad idea. My understanding is that the show pays the money awarded, so if this guy is really out of money you'll still get paid. I think you have to have a case pending in small claims court. you'd each have to sue separately, since the max is $5,000.

Texas max in small claims is 10K.

Yeah, TV might like the fact that he now works in Church org as kids leader.
I mean, seriously!  >:(
