To sell footage I'd assume one would upload to:

Istock
Shutterstock
Pond5
Fotolia
Clipdealer
Revostock
Canstockphoto (because of their Fotosearch.com affiliation)

Which other agency is worth contributing to and where else did you have sales - if you dare to share?

SnapRender generally posts some nice results from his earnings.

You have AlwaysHD also although they are pretty slow at processing applications...
I do not submit to Canstock yet don't think they have sales yet. I avoid Fotolia because of theit low prices.

Canstock does have footage sales - better than AlwaysHD at the moment...

Fotolia is selling quite well actually.

Started when I got 5Dmk2, so far results are not very encouraging. I got very few downloads. I need to convert everything to Photo-Jpeg Quicktime format which is 3x larger than originals. None of the sites imports meta data so submitting is also very slow.

A bought some software for a couple hundred dollars a while back that animates and morphs fractals and can save them in HD. I uploaded a few of these to SS and pond5 in the last month. Don't know if they will sell or not but they are sure fun to make.

I'll have to buy a new computer to render them though. My Mac G4 is almost 7 years old. $:-\$

I sold one with canstock with only a few uploads. I only have a small portfolio but istock and pond5 seem to have the most sales, revostock and shutterstock are not as good for me.

StockXpert also do footage but I haven't uploaded any there. I took mine off fotolia, the prices were too low. Hopefully DT will have footage one day and I can upload before they start rejecting for too many of the same subject.

The pond5 referral scheme is good, thanks to everyone who used the link in my signature. I don't have many stills referrals, so now I know what I have been missing.

I think micro "video" is overrated. Sure, some will sell, but I don't at all see it taking over photo anytime in this decade.

Microstock video is where photo was 5 years ago. The only difference is that there are no competing "traditional" stock agencies for footage. Unlike with photo is still time to jump on a wagon :-)
