they can release all features they want, if the buyers are not using their site, nothing will change, the most important part that will help spike sales is marketing, marketing, marketing, and marketing, etc etc etc etc

their site doesnt even have tumbleweed, thats how much nothing happens

The problem is also what is it that they really have to market thats any different from the pack? I suspect once you fall out of view its very hard to return.
