For the past week I have been trying to get GLstock to delete my portfolio and they won't respond to my emails. Do you think it would do any good to file a complaint with the New York attorney general? Anybody have any luck with this? Or, should I try something else? Thanks

I request account termination last year, and they responded within 9 days.
Filing a complaint with New York attorney general seems a bit too much, aren't there other ways to contact them?

Do a search in the forum threads here. They are for sale. You can also find some contact info of the current owner IIRC.

Yeah, contacting the Attorney General and filing a complaint against them seems a bit much, that's why I asked here. I'd rather not but it's getting frustrating being ignored. Guess I will try to be patient a bit more but, I don't think I'm going to wait more than 2 weeks from when I asked them. Guess I could send a certified letter too. Thanks

I just dealt with them to get my portfolio deleted as well. It took 2 unanswered calls and several emails until someone finally responded. They said they'd take care of deleting my portfolio but I ended up doing it myself manually image by image. I'm also not able to update any of my account info there looks like the site is a bit broken.

Okay, they finally agreed to delete my portfolio.
