I just start to upload on Graphic Leftovers, I have 80 files limit/day.
If I send all my photo in one batch, are they kept on the ftp or not?
I would like to send everything on the ftp then import 80 files/day directly form the site, is it possible?

If nobody knows the answer try sending 81 and see if the extra one gets there.

Actually from what I have experienced, if you try and FTP more than your limit, those files disappear and you will just have to FTP them again the next day. It seems like the transfer from the FTP server is done all at once. Then in the transfer log you can see that a bunch of the files were not uploaded due to the upload limit being exceeded. Very annoying for new contributors with big portfolios.

I think that is so! I sent up a fairly large batch - was blocked from processing beyond a certain point - the upload limit I guess - then all the rest which I had NOT PROCESSED suddenly appeared later in rejected - with a note saying they were not interested in ANY of them. I was hoping to be able to process them in bits and bobs as and when my time permitted.......
I guess they were just thrown out because of the limit, but I don't know and GL have yet to reply to me. May well send up a couple again to day just as an experiment.
If I were you, I'd stick to your allowance and upload this number at a time, just in case.

UPDATE!!!!!!!
Seems that the site will accept new ones now submitted - but those which were summarily rejected are not even sent through for consideration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And still no news from GL...........
