Now Pond5 is climbed in the top of the poll, but I think it is in reason of the videos, worth it for illustration and vector art?
Do anyone have any thought? Did anyone had any experience?

Got about 400 vectors there for a year or so and have about 10 sales - so forget it, at least if you set your prices reasonably.

Got about +1000 vector illustrations there also for little more of a year or so. Average of 2-3 files sold per month... But I set the price of all my images at 10$, so each time it's around 15/20 $/month (sometimes more). Rather than having another pity low seller agency, I prefer not to sell a lot and take at least my 20 bucks from buyers who are willing to pay at a good price...

Thank you both for the answers,
I'm signed in and I'm waiting for ID verification.
I think I will upload there a selection of my works that make sense at reasonable high price.
I like their business/marketing pattern and would encourage them.

I know this poll is a bit old, but how did you get on selling vectors at pond5?
I can see they seem to be doing well in the poll results and was thinking of signing up.
Does anyone else have an opinion on them?
thanks

Very low earner for vectors at the moment

Thanks :)

Pond5 has been pretty terrible about actually promoting their non-video products. They still heavily emphasize video and appear on the surface to be a video company. Vectors get the least attention, I think. They've lumped into the "Image" category and even within that they seem barely noticeable.
So it's no surprise that my sales at P5 are miserable. I get one sale every few months.
I don't upload there anymore and won't unless they ever decide to actually promote vectors in some meaningful way.

Thanks for info, I think I'll hold off uploading to them for now then!
