Any sites that accept/sell layered PSD files? I have few images where I've been contacted by clients and asked if I can re-do the image without an element or if I was willing to sell the layered version.

As far as I know, only Bigstock will take layered PSD, however their file limit is 25MB, and a PSD of that size usually basically useless. You might do better licensing directly with the client.
