I've made some t-shirts through Spreadshirt so I'm on their mailing list.  They are having a 3-colour valentine design contest with crowdspring.  If you win, it's $500 but be warned that you give away the rights.  If you don't win you still own the rights.  I copied and pasted the email below but the links didn't come through so I pasted the link immediately below:

The deadline for submissions is January 15th, 2009.  If you�re selected as a winner, Spreadshirt will purchase your design for $500.  If you�re not a winner, you can still upload your design to your shop or marketplace and make a hefty buck on the commissions.
