Your English is excellent!
The cartoons are pretty good! I would expect to make something just under a dollar per month per cartoon if they are on salable themes and well keyworded.
Bear in mind this is just a guess based on my own experience.

First, welcome and best of luck!

Second, you are a skilled illustrator, but you will find a great deal of competition in this style.  Find an approach that is more stylish or unique to make you stand out.  If not, you will find it challenging to attract many sales.

Third, a greater attention to the small but important details would help.  The superhero's mask makes him look like a Mexican wrestler.  The two athletes look angry... if they looked happier, it would better symbolize success and victory.  And the football player looks like he's holding a sandwich instead of a ball.  These minor points might push away someone who might otherwise buy these.

I hope this is helpful... not trying to discourage you... good luck!

if you have a 1200 similar vectors, I think at least US$300 if you are able to upload to all the major sites..

To be honest, they need some work.  The first doesn't look like a superhero, as mentioned.  I'm not sure why the second has a space helmet, and the third has a loaf of bread.  I'm not sure what someone would utilize these for.  Stylistically, they have issues with inconsistent shading, and overall, they just look a bit amateurish - the simplistic even line weighting gives that impression.

Keep trying to improve.

But this is a starting point. If he already has 1,200 of these ready, he could  be earning from those while working on improving.  Didn't almost all of us start out with work that needed improvement and become more skilful as time went on?

Also, $300pm is not a small sum in India, it would be an excellent basic income to build on, if that is what he could get. If he has already got them on Canstock, I would reckon he should be able to increase whatever he is getting there 20 times over, at least, if he can get them on all the top-tier sites.

I hope you'll work harder at your keywording on iStock.
I looked at this image you have on canstock. I can't draw or do vectors, and I wouldn't dream of commenting on your art, but poor keywording is my Bete Noir.
http://www.canstockphoto.com/uniform-and-cage-helmet-9202923.html
These are your keywords. I have scored out all the keywords that don't apply to your image.
You should only keyword things that apply to your actual image, not things you imagine might relate, somehow, to your image
:

10-12, activity, boy, cage, caucasian, color, colour, compete, competition, concentrate, concentration, game, goalie, head, helmet, hockey, ice, image, leisure, lifestyle, male, mask, multiethnic, one, outdoors, person, photograph, play, player, practice, pre, profile, recreation, rink, shoulder, sport, team, teen, uniform, vertical, winter, years, young, youth, stock image, images, royalty free photo, stock photos, stock photograph, stock photographs, picture, pictures, graphic, graphics
In addition, the words you don't need I've italicised.
IMO, he looks 'angry', but that's always subjective.

I don't care what you do on Canstock, spam all you like there  ;D But it's bad practice, counter-productive and unprofessional. Think about it this way, if someone wants a photo of a team, is this the photo theywant? Similarly, multi-ethnic, cage, practice, photograph etc? Think first, second and third about the buyer.

iStock has a very comprehensive article about keywording: http://www.istockphoto.com/article_view.php?ID=105

The football in the third image looks a bit like a loaf of bread to me. But great hairstyle... :-)

Keywords such as graphic and graphics are definitely keywords I consider important, along with illustration and vector (when applicable of course)

I believe some buyers prefer searching for "man graphic" rather than using categories or sorting by formats. Shutterstocks Image Gallery Stats suggests this is indeed the case

Stylistically, I find these cartoon illustrations a bit boring.

- They don't have a unique style, and there is no variation in line weight. It reminds me of those medical illustrations.
- The colors are also too flat and the lighting is inconsistent.
- The expressions on their faces don't match their depicted emotions. The player looks angry while celebrating, for instance.
- Their poses look rigid.

So that needs some work. You have potential though.

They might get accepted on some (most?) stock sites, but I doubt these will be big sellers. Then again, who knows? There are much worse cartoon images to be found there.

Keep providing CS with your vectors, many illustrators do very well there.

I'm not going to critique, I don't even do vectors myself (yet) so this would only be guessing on my end or related to my personal taste and I'm not a buyer.
The amount of work these guys put into that stuff earns my respect!

Back on the keywords thing. I only looked at this one:
http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-20312618-old-man-walking.php?st=21bbe13
and see you got a lax keywording inspector.
You have written grandfather. It has been stated several times on the iStock keyword forum that you don't put e.g. grandfather unless it's shown in the image. So for 'grandfather' you would need to have some assumed 'grandchildren' in the image.
You have 'balding' and 'completely bald'. 'Completely bald' isn't appropriate for this image, though 'balding' is.
"illustration and painting" is for raster illustrations, but I don't think that's obvious to new submittors. Just did a search, and lots of people seem to have applied that to vectors.  :(
You have 'stick', but 'walking stick' would be much better.

Keep at it!

Added: you have a cartoon of a girl 'jogging', but she looks much more as though she's power walking.
And a girl in an astronaut costume with the word 'spaceship'. I guess she missed the takeoff!
and a boy standing still on skates with the keyword 'sports race'. There's nothing indicating a race - the boy is stationary and there's only one boy in the picture.

Think of the buyer: if they search on 'spaceship', they hope to see a spaceship in the picture. If they are searching for a 'race', that's what they want to see, not a guy standing still on skates.

At canstockphoto the group of keywords at the end are automatically added;
stock image, images, royalty free photo, stock photos, stock photograph, stock photographs, picture, pictures, graphic, graphics
They change with each category of photograph, illustration or video.
I've tried to have certain ones removed from my images but Duncan said it wasn't possible.

I have no problem with that at canstock - that's their standards.
Whichever agency/agencies you submit to, you have to try to follow their standards, even though sometimes they make it infuriatingly difficult.
