Impressive renders. The hair on the girl is pretty much a give-away that it is 3D; hair is the hardest thing in 3D. The curls have that 3-D look.
I thought that the hard surface models, especially the motorcycles, were the most photo-real.

Indeed, although dead shiny things are pretty easy to do, maybe just time consuming. Im impressed by the soft skin and body hair on this woman in closeup.
It didnīt believed my eyes til I saw the wireframe. The hair is pretty bad though as u mentioned.

Well, they also hid her face. Hardest part to do along with hair.

the other photos at the website are way more impressive..

The problem with 3D renders is the hyper-realistic look.
They look so real... that they look fake ;D
I was quite impressed with the quality of most of these renders; the one of the gems however, is terrible.

Iīd say so too, three years ago. Now I know how much it takes to make organic stuff photorealistic.
Cars are simple to make in comparison.

I shouldn't have clicked on this thread, because my self confidence just took a massive dump. ;D Seriously, that is some very good 3d work. Very impressed.
