can anyone kindly tell me something about using a font to create typography and posters for microstock websites. when font is under OFL (open font licence ). thanks.

Designers buy images. Leave type out. As soon as you put type in, you have limited the use of your photograph. Edit: OP mentioned in a private mail that he is doing illustrations, not images. So if he is providing vectors, it’s a different story. You would need to look at the license for the font you are using. Sometimes they are only licensed for personal use, other times they allow commercial use.

you reply about this. but English is not my basic language so I can not  found your mean. please tell me basically can we use OFL fonts or not. and why not. thanks

Looks like you can use it. But don't count on my words, I'm not a lawyer.
