I would think you could do that with any sort of 3D rendering, or even photoshop, if you were patient.

Those aren't really very high quality renders. You could do images like that with e-on software Vue, which is not too expensive, and models and textures purchased from http://www.e-onsoftware.com/resources/?page=cornucopia (http://www.e-onsoftware.com/resources/?page=cornucopia)
