52112.com is selling stolen content without shame. There is content from the best contributors on any major site. But isn't China part of the WTO? So we shouldn't have intentional copyright protections?

By doing a bit of Googling with google images and your own images I think you can find the results. You cannot start from the home. There seem to be various Chinese who simply download and resell.

These are only TWO very evident samples about content I know, because I love that creators.

Are you sure it isn't a partner site?

I thought that also, but after a little looking, I'd say I'm pretty sure it's not a partner. Did you look?

Well if it is, they are using various assumed names like:

Yes and the first suspicion for me was also partner site, but just dropping in for a minute or less, I saw a flock of Yuri's images and knew that it was stolen content.

Maybe Yuri is big enough to take these people on?

I know that as an individual, any time I go to complain, there's the stonewalling and "only the artist can file a DMCA notice". Well lovely, except that's it's US Copyright Law and who in the rest of the world, where so many countries don't care and don't enforce, is going to do anything about a claim from an artist?

For people who are unhappy with low pay, subscriptions or free sites, this is much worse, as it's plain theft that we can't stop.
